Thomson Litho is licensed by Microsoft as both an Authorised Replicator (AR) and an Authorised Fulfilment Centre (AFC). To meet with the strict security regulations demanded by Microsoft we have 24-hour security personnel on site, and every inch of the Thomson Litho plant is covered by CCTV. Our Microsoft Manager, and her dedicated team are always available to assist our customers with the complexity of the regulations that control the production, distribution and reporting of all Microsoft products.

Authorised Replicator (AR)
Being a Microsoft AR allows us to print Microsoft Manuals and Certificates of Authenticity (COAs). We assemble and manage the entire supply chain for Microsoft kits for the Original Equipment Manufactures (OEMs). This includes optical media management.

Our production team manage many thousands of customer Bill of Materials (BOMs) ensuring that they can call off stock from our warehouse for delivery across Europe and the rest of the world. We can deal with standard 'built-to-order' right through to complex electronic forecasting and everything in between. This ensures that we can offer the same level of service from the smallest customer to the largest OEM customers for whom we despatch tens of millions of products a year.

Authorised Fulfilment Centre (AFC)
Being an AFC means that our fulfilment centre is approved to manage end user fulfilment programs distributing Microsoft product on behalf of OEMs. We work on behalf of the leading names in the computer industry to distribute Microsoft Upgrade kits. All of Thomson Litho’s customers benefit from the highest possible levels in technology, quality, value and security demanded by Microsoft.
