Supply Chain Management
Thomson Litho adds value to our customers’ product by reducing the component cost within the final
assembly. Our Procurement Team are expert in sourcing lowest-cost, optimum-quality solutions to keep
supply chain costs to a minimum.
Both facilities operate varying shift patterns as demand dictates. Our packaging equipment and
experienced workforce ensure that kitting of final and sub-assembly takes place in the shortest possible
lead-time, thus allowing our customers last minute product reconfiguration and demand alterations.
Thomson Litho holds both ISO 9000:2001 and ISO 14001:2004 accreditations. However our shop-floor procedures
consistently exceed these requirements providing our customers with the security that their supply chain is
as tight as possible while producing the quality product their market demands.
Our extensive warehouse and storage facilities at East Kilbride allow us to hold both component and finished
goods in a secure environment and provide call-off facilities at competitive rates.
Flexibility to changing customer demand has always been one of Thomson Litho’s core strengths. We know our
customers operate in fast moving industries, and we provide the confidence that our supply chain solution
evolves with their business model.
